About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Procure to Pay Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process for SAP implementation and deployment at North American site roll-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, configure, and support SAP MM P2P processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stock transport orders, goods receipts, returns, and invoice verification.
- →Maintain and enhance master data related to vendors, materials/articles, purchasing info records, source lists, and pricing conditions for retail customers during transformation/greenfield projects.
- →Conduct customer workshops and assessments independently.
- →Knowledge of SAP MM and its integration with FI (AP), especially purchasing, inventory management, valuation, and GR/IR.
- →Create process documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and work instructions for end-users.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project lifecycle activities: blueprinting, configuration, unit/integration/UAT testing, cut-over, go-live, and hyper care for P2P in SAP Retail.
- ✓Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts, preferably with multiple full lifecycle projects in P2P.
