About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on bridging clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as the primary point of contact for business requirements across assigned projects
→Conduct client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
→Build and maintain strong client relationships
→Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates
→Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
→Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
→Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
→Perform gap analysis and impact assessments across multiple projects
→Prioritize requirements in collaboration with clients and project managers
→Handle requirements for multiple parallel projects efficiently
→Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines
→Ensure alignment across projects where integrations or overlaps exist
→Support project managers in planning and milestone tracking
→Collaborate with technical teams to design feasible solutions
→Review system architecture and proposed solutions from a business perspective
→Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions (Agile)
→Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and sign-off
→Prepare functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and dashboards
→Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM)
→Provide status reports to internal and external stakeholders
→Ensure proper version control and documentation standards
