About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join Narmi, a company that empowers community financial institutions with digital banking solutions. You will work on the Digital Banking pod to create best-in-class features for business and consumer banking.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead projects through an end-to-end design process, from discovery to iteration
- →Deliver solutions focusing on user experience while balancing company goals and implementation ease
- →Partner with other designers to maintain and develop our design system
- →Participate in design reviews and share work regularly with stakeholders
- →Work closely with product managers and engineers to define problem-solving approaches
- →Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of product design experience, especially on SAAS or metric-heavy tools
- ✓Experience doing user research
- ✓A strong portfolio showing range of design experience
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to turn requirements into solutions
- ✓Ability to approach designs collaboratively and build cross-functional relationships
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion
- ✓Ability to present design solutions to stakeholders
- ✓Competency in relevant design tools (Figma)
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Authorization to work in the United States
