About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Director of Product Management to join our dynamic Women’s Health team at Natera. This role is integral to ensuring we deliver a world-class experience for healthcare providers and patients in the high-risk pregnancy space.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the product development and commercialization strategy for a revolutionary new product area
- →Oversee all aspects of the new product, including defining requirements for assays, lab operations, data analysis, and reporting
- →Lead a cross-functional product team to drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch
- →Develop and implement forward-thinking product strategies that promote growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation
- →Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Training teams to deliver product expertise and support key launch initiatives
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and collaborators
- →Collaborate with R&D, Lab Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive product development and execution
- →Provide product training and ongoing support to internal teams
- →Proactively manage and monitor development and launch milestones
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- ✓8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles with a focus on healthcare or life sciences
- ✓Proven track record in managing products through their entire lifecycle
- ✓Deep understanding of high-risk pregnancy, maternal-fetal medicine, and/or diagnostic testing markets
- ✓Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to think strategically and act tactically in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation
