About the Role
Natera is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of somatic biomarker products. This role involves driving the product lifecycle, from prioritizing new features to developing strategic roadmaps, with a focus on delivering innovative oncology solutions that impact patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute the product roadmap for somatic biomarker products
- →Prioritize new features and initiatives, balancing customer needs and operational constraints
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Software Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Clinical/Medical, Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development
- →Oversee product performance, identify key metrics, and drive continuous improvement strategies
- →Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) interviews, market research, and competitive analysis
- →Identify new business opportunities and create financial models to support product initiatives
- →Collaborate with Marketing to define product positioning and develop market launch strategies
- →Communicate the product vision, progress, and roadmap updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s or PhD preferred)
- ✓10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management
- ✓Experience with oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices, particularly in molecular testing or somatic biomarker testing
- ✓Proven track record of leading product management initiatives in the life sciences or biotech industry
- ✓Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
