Position summary  As a Director of Engineering, you will lead and scale multiple engineering teams delivering complex, high-impact modernization programs for federal healthcare systems. You will be accountable for delivery outcomes across a portfolio of client engagements, modernizing legacy systems, data platforms and cloud infrastructure that support services relied on by millions of Americans. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, you will develop engineering leaders, strengthen technical practices and partner across the organization to align execution with client needs and company strategy.
