About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and efficient individual to join the legal department of Universal Television Entertainment. This role will work with a team focused on development- and production-related agreements for broadcast, streaming, and cable television programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Draft and negotiate certain above-the-line talent agreements under attorney supervision
- →Provide timely advice to studio executives and production personnel regarding contract negotiations
- →Process and upload contracts and correspondence into departmental files and databases
- →Participate in task forces to evaluate and establish new procedures to streamline workflow
- →Assist in creating and updating contract forms and internal training materials
