About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Systems Project Manager to join our London team at Universal Pictures Content Group. This is a fixed-term contract position supporting the Director, Controllership in a projects-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead SAP S/4 System Integration as the local project lead for a global systems upgrade
- →Spearhead UAT and SIT Testing, providing valuable feedback throughout the process
- →Support the team in assessing and rebuilding reporting requirements to comply with the new S/4
- →Act as a Change Champion and voice for the Content Group in key meetings
- →Support all key pillars (OTC, P2P and RTR) through the systems integration with the new SAP instance
- →Partner with the Japan team to ensure they are well informed about upcoming changes
- →Ensure the systems evolution project in our Japan business is successful
- →Keep the team informed on key meetings and decisions, working alongside senior finance leadership
Requirements
- ✓Experience with SAP S/4 system integration
- ✓Strong background in UAT and SIT Testing
- ✓Knowledge of financial reporting requirements
- ✓Ability to act as a change champion in organizational transformations
- ✓Experience working with global teams, particularly in Japan
- ✓Understanding of OTC, P2P and RTR financial processes
- ✓Ability to collaborate with senior leadership including VP, Finance, Director - Controllership and CFO
