About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our digital team and help bring creative video and digital projects to life. This role focuses on coordinating project teams and timelines, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring smooth execution from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end coordination of digital projects, marketing priorities and video initiatives
- →Create and maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- →Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- →Organize and facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and post-project reviews
- →Maintain project documentation and update tracking systems in Airtable or similar platforms
- →Coordinate with video production teams, editorial teams, and technical staff throughout project lifecycles
- →Monitor project timelines and resources and flag potential issues or delays proactively
- →Support content workflow management through content management systems (CMS)
- →Identify opportunities to improve project processes and team efficiency
