The Media Group Decision Sciences team is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to create a connected data ecosystem that leverages streaming data to drive intelligent business decisions. This role involves managing a high-performance team and developing optimized data pipelines for analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a team of Data Engineers and contribute to their development
- →Design, build, test, scale, and maintain data pipelines from various source systems
- →Deliver reliable and secure software with a focus on automation and GitOps
- →Improve the codebase and participate in all team aspects, including agile ceremonies
- →Assist business stakeholders with story definition and acceptance criteria
- →Collaborate with Principal Engineers and Architects on the technical vision
- →Develop solutions combining data blending, profiling, mining, and machine learning
- →Operationalize data processing systems
Requirements
- ✓Experience in data engineering and pipeline development
