About the Role
We are looking for a Commerce Product Designer to join our Global Streaming Product team at NBCUniversal. This role focuses on creating compelling user experiences for our streaming platforms including Peacock, NOW, Sky Showtime, and Showmax.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the delivery of end-to-end UX for high-value, consumer-centric digital products across checkout, sign-in and account management moments
- →Drive UX design solutions by combining industry best practices with expertise about human behavior
- →Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, and other partners to test and deliver features
- →Translate requirements into new flows or connect to existing flows
- →Contribute to design team activities including ideation workshops, competitive analysis, and concept brainstorms
- →Develop prototypes for customer testing
- →Advance the fidelity of UX flows and care for edge cases across various devices
- →Contribute a human-centered design perspective to team conversations
Requirements
- ✓Experience in UX design for digital products
- ✓Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- ✓Ability to create prototypes and conduct user testing
