About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Architect to join NBCUniversal. This role involves strategic and operational user security tasks, focusing on SAP user management and security architecture across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain the company’s SAP user management and security architecture
- →Analyze and synchronize Roles and Access Restrictions with GRC access management solutions
- →Maintain compliance with the SAP IT Security framework and track Internal Security Control gaps
- →Assist in developing and implementing SAP security policies, processes, and architecture
- →Identify security solutions and implement standards and best practices
- →Monitor and maintain IT user accounts, roles, and SAP licensing
- →Facilitate internal and external audits as requested
- →Develop documentation and training materials for proper system usage
- →Review and implement quarterly SAP Security Notes and patches
- →Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex authorization issues
- →Conduct SAP License Auditing and ensure user classification accuracy
- →Coordinate access review cycles and support remediation of identified gaps
- →Partner with audit and compliance teams to respond to internal and external audit requests
- →Evaluate and recommend emerging SAP Security and GRC technologies
- →Configure and support GRC tools for new business unit integrations
- →Collaborate with functional, technical, and audit teams to define and validate access controls
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience with SAP security architecture and administration
- ✓Strong understanding of SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP PI, Fiori, Gateway, SAP S/4, SAP GRC, and related modules
- ✓Experience with GRC tools such as Security Weaver and Pathlock
- ✓Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, and privacy requirements
- ✓Ability to perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for authorization issues
- ✓Experience with SAP licensing and auditing
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Commitment to upholding government and corporate security guidelines
- ✓Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and compliance standards
