About the Role
We are seeking a Data Design Lead to define, govern, and deliver end-to-end data design and migration strategies for SAP SuccessFactors implementations. This role focuses on mapping and transforming SAP ECC HCM data into the SuccessFactors data model, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR domains.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end mapping of data objects from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors
- →Develop and execute detailed migration strategies, data validation routines, and reconciliation processes
- →Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load (ETL) activities
- →Ensure accurate historical and master data migration
- →Work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and Compliance teams to capture and validate data requirements
- →Translate business requirements into technical data specifications
- →Provide direction to data migration and design teams
- →Implement data quality metrics and controls
- →Create clear, comprehensive mapping documents, migration plans, and transformation specifications
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM systems
- ✓Expertise in data mapping, migration, and ETL processes
- ✓Experience in data governance, cleansing, and transformation
- ✓Ability to lead cross-functional teams and workshops
- ✓Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
