About the Role
NCS is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to uncover insights from complex data using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. This role involves working closely with business users and technical teams to develop analytics solutions that drive actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate customer pain-points into problem statements and architect analytics solutions
- →Present results and learnings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- →Manage the full lifecycle of data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, modeling, and deployment
- →Validate models with statistically sound justifications for selection and performance
- →Build and deploy efficient and scalable advanced analytics models in production
- →Design and develop visualizations and dashboards to explain actionable insights
- →Contribute to data architecture engineering decisions to support analytics
- →Work with project managers and leads on status reporting and solution evaluation
- →Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams using waterfall or agile methodologies
- →Mentor and upskill peers and juniors and contribute to internal networks
