About the project As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure’s reliability and scalability. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless code deployments and robust system performance. How you'll contribute ✅ Design, build, and standardize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred) to support multiple development teams. ✅ Build and evolve a self-service, GitOps-driven platform on Azure. ✅ Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments. ✅ Contribute to architecture and security configuration decisions within Azure and Kubernetes. ✅ Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm to standardize and automate cloud environments. ✅ Establish reusable automation patterns and platform standards across teams. ✅ Integrate and automate security tooling within CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, secrets scanning) in alignment with the dedicated security team. ✅ Maintain and optimize existing pipelines and platform components. ✅ Standardize CI/CD and deployment practices across 7–8 parallel teams. ✅ Enable development teams through platform improvements and self-service capabilities. ✅ Troubleshoot and debug production issues across services, infrastructure, and Kubernetes clusters. ✅ Participate in incident response and post-mortem activities when required. ✅ Collaborate closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to ensure consistent platform evolution. ✅ Take ownership of platform components, driving improvements proactively and independently. This would make you the ideal candidate ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ 5+ Years of experience working in Azure DevOps / Platform Engineering. ✨ Strong hands-on experience with Azure (primary cloud). ✨ Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). ✨ Proven experience in automating and optimizing development and release processes. ✨ Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred). ✨ Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm). ✨ Experience implementing security tooling within CI/CD pipelines. ✨ Ability to maintain and optimize existing pipelines. ✨ Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. ✨ Strong experience with Git. ✨ Experience debugging production issues. ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
