About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our LATAM remote team at Nortal. This role involves bridging business strategy and technical execution, defining product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage Authentication, Authorization, Access Controls, Data Loss Prevention, Ethical Walls, and Directory services
- →Evaluate new technologies for customer needs and product ecosystem
- →Recommend vision, scope, and direction for product offerings
- →Determine customer needs through market research and validation
- →Analyze competitive products, trends, and positioning
- →Support investment and development planning with ROI analyses
- →Maintain industry expertise through professional development
- →Build cross-functional relationships for successful product delivery
- →Translate complex requirements into actionable product concepts
- →Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓8+ years of experience in legal technology, software development, or product management
- ✓Experience with authentication and security
- ✓Prior Product Management experience preferred; Software Engineering experience a plus
- ✓Strong technical background and understanding of engineering concepts
- ✓Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making
- ✓Metrics-driven mindset with analytical and synthesis skills
- ✓Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and lean product development
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
- ✓Passion for building impactful products and exceptional user experiences
- ✓Advanced English Level required for working with US clients
