About the Role

Nebius is seeking a Technical Recruiter - AI/LLM & Infrastructure to join our Tech Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on hiring experts in LLM, Inference optimization, large-scale distributed systems, and high-performance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

→Proactively identify and engage senior-level engineers and researchers across AI/ML and systems domains
→Build and maintain long-term pipelines of senior engineers for current and future strategic roles
→Craft tailored communication for senior and niche candidates
→Conduct initial calls to evaluate technical depth and hands-on experience
→Work directly with engineering and research managers to understand role requirements
→Monitor global trends in LLM research, AI infrastructure, and GPU availability

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on senior-level hiring
✓Proven track record hiring in AI/ML, LLMs, Inference, distributed systems, HPC, or GPU engineering
✓Strong sourcing expertise and understanding of modern engineering roles
✓Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment
✓Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
✓Curiosity and creativity to translate complex technical requirements into sourcing strategies
