About the Role
We are looking for a Security Manager to join our InfoSec team at NEC. This role involves managing security & accreditation for the NEC business and customers, working closely with various departments to ensure security processes and policies are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the InfoSec team in delivering its objectives
- →Work with architecture, technology teams, and the Data Protection Officer to create and update security processes, procedures, and policies
- →Produce security assurance documentation for customer accreditation
- →Contribute to procurement bids and security questionnaires
- →Respond to security incidents and conduct root cause analysis
- →Provide security advice and guidance to the business
- →Support initiatives for developing security content
Requirements
- ✓Experience in information security management
- ✓Knowledge of security accreditation processes
- ✓Ability to produce security documentation and remediation plans
- ✓Understanding of security standards and best practices
- ✓Experience with security testing and incident management
- ✓Eligibility for NPPV L3+SC clearance
- ✓Baseline Standard and Disclosure Scotland (BPSS) clearance
