About the Role
We are looking for a skilled practitioner with significant experience in delivering design projects. This role focuses on creating end-to-end, evidence-based designs for services and products that are inclusive, accessible, and planet-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and direct projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and clients toward inclusive, accessible, and planet-friendly services
- →Support and manage the design team by inspiring and mentoring team members, including overseeing appraisals and professional development
- →Define and refine practice, helping to progress the way the studio does inclusive, sustainable design
- →Support new business by spotting opportunities with clients and helping with proposals and pitches
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in delivering design projects
- ✓Ability to create end-to-end, evidence-based designs for services and products
- ✓Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Ability to champion user-centred design (UCD) approach
- ✓Eligibility for NPPV3 or SC and willingness to go through the application processes
