About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Germany. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships and ensuring our customers get maximum value from Nelly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and take responsibility for your customer portfolio and their satisfaction
- →Handle inquiries through chat, email, phone, and on-site meetings
- →Onboard and provide long-term support for new and existing customers
- →Serve as the direct point of contact for users and decision-makers
- →Define and implement strategies for customer satisfaction and retention
- →Identify and leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- →Engage closely with the product team to continuously improve the product
Requirements
- ✓Previous work experience with B2B or B2C customers through internships or similar
- ✓Bachelor's degree or vocational training completed
- ✓Strong communication skills, German language proficiency at C2 level, and very good English skills
- ✓Motivated and enjoy working independently and focused, as well as collaborating with the team and Nelly customers
- ✓Open personality, structured work style, and a passion for problem-solving
- ✓Preferred: Experience in healthcare or finance sector
- ✓Advantageous: Knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Asana (or similar project management tools)
