About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager (Logistics & Devices) to join our Customer Success team at Nelly in Berlin. This role involves managing hardware and device operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

→Own end-to-end hardware and device operations, from ordering and configuration to shipping and lifecycle management
→Coordinate setup, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and quality checks of customer and internal devices
→Run and improve our microphone rental system for scalability and efficiency
→Prepare, pack, ship, and track parcels, managing returns and exchanges
→Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
→Optimize packaging processes and shipping experience
→Manage office logistics and supplies
→Ensure seamless operational workflows across hardware, logistics, and office management

Requirements

✓Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership
✓Technical affinity and confidence working with hardware and digital tools
✓Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
✓Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with partner practices in German
✓Comfort using Google Workspace and other digital tools
✓Physical readiness to handle hardware devices and parcels
✓Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher)
✓Experience in logistics, retail, office management, or operational roles is a plus
