About the Role
We are looking for a District Sales Manager to join Neo Financial, a rapidly scaling fintech company in Canada. This role involves leading a district encompassing up to six mall locations and managing up to six Store Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive district profitability by managing Store Managers and their teams
- →Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through performance management practices
- →Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers
- →Lead sales training initiatives and facilitate onboarding sessions
- →Ensure operational excellence across mall locations
- →Leverage data analysis to drive continuous improvement in sales and efficiency
- →Manage daily travel between mall locations within the district
- →Provide guidance and mentorship to Store Managers
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in managing field sales teams
- ✓7+ years of management and leadership experience with a track record of managing teams of 10 or more
- ✓High level of training and coaching proficiency with experience in developing sales training programs
- ✓Strong network of high-performing sales representatives
- ✓Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations
- ✓Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- ✓Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Fundamental understanding of data analysis and interpreting data dashboards
- ✓Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage travel independently
- ✓Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
