About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Neo Financial, one of Canada's fastest-growing fintech companies. This role involves working on foundational systems that power financial transactions, from payment processing to credit risk infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and evolution of core money movement infrastructure
- →Build internal platforms supporting credit risk decisioning and compliance
- →Set product vision and ensure team understanding of strategic goals
- →Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketers from concept to implementation
- →Gather user insights through regular customer interactions
- →Create strategic documentation including roadmaps and product briefs
- →Define success metrics and drive measurable results
- →Prioritize effectively to keep the team focused on key objectives
- →Contribute to improving product culture and mentor peers
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- ✓Track record of building and scaling complex systems, preferably in fintech
- ✓Strong understanding of payment rails, money movement, and financial APIs
- ✓Experience working hands-on with technical teams
- ✓Systems thinking ability connecting strategy with execution
- ✓Data-driven approach with focus on outcomes
- ✓Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- ✓Prior fintech or payments infrastructure experience preferred
