About the Role

We are looking for a QA Analyst to support NEOWIZ's global publishing portfolio. This role involves independently driving quality validation, risk identification, and release readiness across externally developed game titles, ensuring builds meet platform, performance, and player-experience expectations throughout the publishing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

→Plan and execute functional, compatibility, performance, and regression testing across PC and console platforms
→Evaluate game builds from external development partners and provide structured feedback aligned with publishing requirements
→Document, track, and validate defects using tools like Jira, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders
→Act as QA point of contact between publishing, development partners, and external QA vendors
→Support first-party certification processes for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo
→Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and checklists to improve coverage and efficiency
→Review gameplay, UX, localization, accessibility, and usability from a player-centric perspective
→Contribute QA assessments during milestone reviews, highlighting quality trends and risks
→Validate patches, updates, and live content for stability and player experience post-launch
→Coordinate testing scope and validate outputs with external QA vendors

Requirements

✓Minimum of three years of professional QA experience within the games industry
✓Strong command of QA methodologies, defect lifecycles, and industry best practices
✓Experience with professional bug-tracking systems and clear defect documentation
✓Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify systemic quality risks
✓Effective communication with cross-functional and external stakeholders in an international environment
✓Genuine passion for games and player experience
✓Preferred Experience
✓Hands-on experience with console certification standards such as TRC, XR, NAC, or NOPS
✓Experience working with external development studios, external QA vendors, or publishing organizations
