Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with developers, project managers, and technical leads to define the scope of projects
- →Elicit requirements and manage upcoming work
- →Demonstrate experience in working in Agile Delivery teams adopting agile tools
- →Investigate, assimilate, and analyze different needs, constraints, and problems
- →Document outcomes in simple, easy to understand language
- →Showcase analytical skills including communication, stakeholder management, and organization
- →Experience in process modelling and customer journey mapping
- →Assist in user testing
- →Develop key operating procedures with both business and technical stakeholders
- →Work with various tools and technologies such as Confluence for documentation and JIRA for building tickets and user stories
- →Understand Service Maps and targeting operating models to align outputs and outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable experience of working as a BA
- ✓Knowledge in Python, NextJS, or React
- ✓Experience in process modelling and customer journey mapping
- ✓Experience in user testing
- ✓Experience of working with both business and technical stakeholders
- ✓Experience of working with various tools and technologies such as Confluence and JIRA
