About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong project management skills to join our team at Netcompany. This role focuses on driving strategic projects that support the company's continued development and international scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive implementation of new financial systems, ERP solutions, and reporting tools
- βLead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to current legislation and international standards
- βSupport international offices with IFRS implementation and financial system requirements
- βEnsure effective integration of financial processes during acquisitions
- βCollaborate closely with IT, business units, and international finance colleagues to strengthen our financial setup
- βAssist management team with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Requirements
- βRelevant higher education and 5-10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or similar
- βStrong project management skills and experience driving cross-functional initiatives
- βExperience with IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- βExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
