About the Role
Joining Netcompany as a Full Stack Engineer, you will become part of agile development teams delivering large-scale digital transformation projects. You will work across the entire technology stack, collaborating with designers, product owners, and engineers to build scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- →Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React on the frontend and Java (Spring Boot) on the backend
- →Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, user-centric interfaces
- →Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code that meets high quality and performance standards
- →Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- →Estimate development tasks, perform peer code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement
- →Create and maintain clear technical documentation
Requirements
