About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Netcompany. This role involves providing first and second-line support to customers and managing various IT support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyse incidents and be first and second-line customer liaison to maximize the first call resolution rate
- →Provide first and second-line on-site support
- →Record and track incident, problem, and request information
- →Participate in reconfiguration and installation of PC environment
- →Document operational support procedures and draft technical content for knowledge database
- →Participate in testing and administration of applications
- →Liaise with system administration and database administration for execution of administration tasks
Requirements
- ✓Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- ✓Strong communication and customer service skills
- ✓Ability to document technical procedures and content
- ✓Knowledge of PC environment configuration and installation
- ✓Understanding of application testing and administration
