Product Owner for Agile SW Product Development teams at Netcompany1

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Agile SW Product Development teams at Netcompany. This role involves working closely with Product Management stakeholders and acting as the vital link between agile development and our product objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• →Define and prioritize user stories at the sprint level, ensuring thorough refinement and effective planning
• →Manage the product backlog and coordinate refinement sessions while guiding the agile team in delivering valuable product increments using advanced technologies and agile-at-scale methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• →Interact with Software engineering teams, Chief Product Owners, and Product Managers to design, plan, and deliver functional product increments for complex public sector digitalization projects
• →Contribute to wireframe design
• →Document domain details and requirements to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the stakeholders
• →Facilitate customer sessions to present product features, clarify customer needs, and conduct stakeholder demos to gather feedback for future enhancements
• →Collaborate with Software engineers and testers to ensure alignment and progress towards product milestones
• →Facilitate collaboration between product teams, development teams, and business analysts to achieve shared goals
