About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Netcompany Banking Services. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving solutions for tax and regulatory reporting across Nordic countries.
Key Responsibilities
- โSupport development and implementation of new features and changes driven by legislation, business needs, or improvement initiatives
- โContribute to planning and execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly tax reporting, including coordination of error corrections and dialogue with relevant authorities
- โCreate and maintain process descriptions, use cases, user stories, and documentation in collaboration with both business and developers
- โFacilitate meetings, workshops, and dialogues with banks and other partners to ensure common understanding and progress
- โSupport continuous improvements in processes, data quality, and workflows within the tax area
Requirements
- โMinimum 3โ5 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role
- โExperience with data analysis and data foundations, preferably in reporting or regulatory areas
- โUnderstanding of or interest in tax and regulatory reporting
- โExperience working in agile teams and contributing to backlog, refinement, and requirements management
- โPreferably hands-on experience with SQL or similar data tools
