Senior Employer Branding Consultant (f/m) at Netcompany1

About the Role

We are looking for an Employer Brand Specialist to join our Global EB team and strengthen Netcompany’s Employer Brand on the Polish market. This role involves optimizing and refreshing our brand while maintaining strong visibility among our Polish target audience to attract IT talent.

Key Responsibilities

• →Act as local EB lead for various activities
• →Plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on strategic events
• →Contribute to content development for platforms and social media, identifying great stories and producing written material
• →Build partnerships and engage with local organizations and sponsorships
• →Contribute to online and offline EB campaigns including recruitment marketing
• →Play the role of Employee Advocacy local lead
• →Take care of recruitment assets, employer branding materials, competition sites, stands, merchandise, and one-pagers
• →Maintain the local career website and handle internal communication
• →Handle EB Governance, including tracking employee photos and staying updated on key messages
• →Order merchandise for events and fairs
• →Drive the development of Netcompany’s employer brand by building country EB strategy
• →Support internally focused employer branding initiatives and projects in the PL office
• →Build and maintain strong collaboration with the local Talent Acquisition Team and the Head of HR
