Als Senior Software Engineer heb je een goed overzicht van het subproject waar je aan werkt. Je neemt deel aan dagelijkse stand-ups en geeft statusrapporten aan de klant en/of projectmanager. Je hebt een leiderschapsrol binnen het team, waarbij je taken delegeert aan teamleden en zorgt dat iedereen de juiste ondersteuning krijgt. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager en neemt deel aan sessies om je inzicht in management en IT-deliveries te verbeteren -  je dagelijkse werkzaamheden zullen doorgaans bestaan uit: 
• Het verantwoordelijk zijn voor de project delivery in samenwerking met de projectmanager.
• Intensieve samenwerking met je team om niet alleen zelf werk van hoge kwaliteit te leveren maar dat ook gezamenlijk te waarborgen. 
• Procesoptimalisatie en workflowplanning. 
• Het vertalen van klantvereisten naar het ontwerp van nieuwe functies.
• Systeemontwikkeling en on-demand codebeoordeling over front-end, back-end en integraties. Bij Netcompany zijn wij toegewijd aan het opleveren van projecten en als Senior Software Engineer speel je hier een belangrijke rol in.
