About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Group HR team at Netcompany. This strategic role focuses on developing and improving Talent Acquisition processes across our international IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Monitor and report on FTE development and hiring trends across countries
→Build forecasts and support workforce planning through data analysis
→Design and deliver recruitment workshops for Hiring Managers
→Research, design, and deliver Talent Acquisition projects end-to-end
→Support administration of recruitment systems and related vendor contracts
→Partner with local Talent Acquisition teams, HR, and business leaders

Requirements

✓BA or MA degree
✓Fluent English (written and spoken)
✓Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition
✓Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, ideally within the IT market
✓Experience working in a large international organization
✓Proven project management experience
✓Excellent organizational and time management skills
✓Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills
