About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Support Engineer (HAM) to join our team. This role focuses on taking full ownership of the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management module, acting as a bridge between business processes and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end support of the ServiceNow HAM module
- →Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues
- →Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- →Ensure CMDB accuracy by monitoring Asset–CI synchronization
- →Implement improvements to dashboards, reports, and stockroom triggers
- →Align HAM operations with ITIL processes and best practices
- →Create and maintain documentation and training materials
Requirements
- ✓Deep functional understanding of the hardware asset lifecycle
- ✓Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow HAM module
- ✓Knowledge of CMDB and ITIL processes
