About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at Netcompany's headquarters in Copenhagen. This role involves working with the company's recruitment team to help achieve ambitious goals and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit IT profiles with focus on search in relevant databases
- →Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews
- →Act as a sparring partner and advisor for our business in the recruitment area
- →Participate in Employer Branding activities
- →Handle other HR tasks as a team
Requirements
- ✓Relevant master's degree
- ✓Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team with common goals
- ✓Strong communicator with a hands-on and creative approach to recruitment
- ✓Fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken
- ✓Experience with recruitment, especially within IT, is an advantage but not required
