Responsibilities
Working with HR at Netlight requires strong business acumen, as you will operate in a high-paced and continuously evolving organization. You will work hands-on with HR in a personal and value-driven company that identifies as a network organization. The role is broad and operationally focused, while offering opportunities to gradually take on more ownership.
- Support and execute people processes across the full employee lifecycleÂ
- Partner closely with mentors and team leads to enable the development and performance of our consultantsÂ
- Provide guidance on labour law topics and ensure compliant HR practices in collaboration with senior colleaguesÂ
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes (locally and globally)Â
- Help plan and execute engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition activitiesÂ
- Analyze and interpret people data to support informed decision-makingÂ
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you bring an open and curious mindset. You are eager to learn, take ownership, and continuously grow your HRÂ expertise. You are confident working independently in operational matters while knowing when to seek alignment on more complex topics.Â
You are comfortable navigating a dynamic environment and enjoy translating HR fundamentals into business impact.Â
- University degree with focus on Human Resources or similar educationÂ
- 3-4Â years of full-time work experience in HR, ideally in fast-paced or knowledge-driven environmentsÂ
- First experience in employee relations and partner with mentors to translate insights into concrete actionsÂ
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and their business impactÂ
- Strong communication skillsÂ
- Business fluent in German and full professional proficiency in EnglishÂ
