About the Role

We are looking for a Data Program Manager to join New Relic's global team. This pivotal role will act as the central point of contact for programs spanning Analytics, Data Science, AI Foundations, and Data Governance teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute a unified data program roadmap that supports strategic goals of Analytics, Data Science, and AI initiatives
→Serve as the primary liaison between technical data teams and executive leadership
→Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programs across multiple data teams
→Champion and facilitate the implementation of data governance policies
→Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and dependencies
→Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure business impact
→Develop and manage the data program budget

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
✓7+ years of experience in program management
✓Strong understanding of data lifecycle and principles of data governance
✓Proficiency in project and program management methodologies
✓Experience with data management tools and platforms
✓Familiarity with data visualization tools
✓Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence teams and stakeholders
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
✓Proven ability to solve complex organizational and technical challenges
