Qualifications: - Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields - 0–2 years hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, Research Scientist, or similar role - Experience building, training, and deploying ML/DL models - Strong understanding of ML algorithms (classical + deep learning — CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) - Excellent communication and mentoring skills - Prior mentoring or training experience is preferred (formal teaching not required)
