About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) in Sydney. This role focuses on delivering marketing projects and events across various sectors in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- →Project manage the end-to-end delivery of sector-led marketing initiatives
- →Deliver trade shows, trade missions, industry events and sector activations
- →Manage procurement for marketing and event suppliers
- →Partner closely with Commercial Business Advisory teams
- →Coordinate internal contributors and external suppliers
- →Support website and digital content updates
- →Track activity and maintain project documentation
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years’ experience delivering marketing projects end-to-end
- ✓Strong hands-on events delivery experience, particularly trade shows
- ✓Experience working across integrated marketing outputs
- ✓Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Practical, delivery-focused mindset
- ✓Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- ✓Experience supporting missions or government delegations is preferred
