Job Description: As a Technical Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting and managing high-quality documentation, release notes, knowledge base articles, and product communication for various business modules. You’ll collaborate with product managers, QA, and developers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities: 🔹 Create and maintain clear, user-focused technical documentation and guides. 🔹 Write release notes, product updates, and training materials for SaaS platforms. 🔹 Collaborate with Product, QA, and Customer Success teams to ensure accuracy. 🔹 Manage and update content across Confluence, WordPress, and LearnWorlds. 🔹 Translate complex technical updates into easy-to-understand content. 🔹 Maintain consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all content types. 🔹 Create short-form updates for LinkedIn and internal communication.

Requirements: ✅ Experience: 3–5 years in technical writing or SaaS content creation. ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication in fluent English. ✅ Strong understanding of documentation tools like Confluence, WordPress, or similar. ✅ Knowledge of agile environments and sprint-based workflows. ✅ Ability to simplify complex information for non-technical users. ✅ Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is a plus. ✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. ✅ Work Mode: Office Only (No remote option).
