Position Summary
We are seeking a GTM Recruiter to support the continued growth of NexGen Cloudβs commercial organisation.
In this role, you will take ownership of hiring across go-to-market functions, including Business Development, Pre-Sales, Partner, and Marketing roles. You will play a key role in shaping how we attract and secure talent that directly drives revenue growth.
Beyond delivery, you will build proactive talent pipelines, develop market insight across the AI and cloud ecosystem, and partner closely with leadership to ensure hiring is aligned to commercial priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that recruitment in a scale-up is not just about filling roles β itβs about building teams that can compete and win in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across GTM roles, ensuring a fast, structured and high-quality hiring experience.
β’ Candidate Sourcing - Proactively identify and engage high-calibre GTM talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and targeted outreach strategies.
β’ Hiring Manager Partnership - Work closely with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, challenge briefs where needed, and ensure alignment to commercial objectives.
β’ Talent Pipelining - Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive GTM talent across relevant markets, competitors and adjacent industries.
β’ Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence - Develop a clear view of the GTM talent landscape across AI, cloud and infrastructure, providing insight on competitors, compensation and hiring trends.
β’ Strategic Sourcing Initiatives - Lead targeted sourcing campaigns aligned to key growth areas and upcoming hiring needs.
β’ Recruitment Operations & ATS Management - Maintain structured workflows within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure consistency, visibility and efficiency across hiring processes.
β’ Recruitment Data & Insights - Track and analyse recruitment metrics, using data to improve hiring quality, speed and decision-making.
β’ Employer Branding - Support the positioning of NexGen Cloud as a compelling destination for GTM talent through content, outreach and candidate engagement.
β’ Candidate Experience - Ensure a high-quality, engaging candidate journey, with clear communication and a strong narrative around the opportunity.
Required Skills
Recruitment Experience
β’ Proven experience recruiting GTM roles (e.g. sales, pre-sales, partner, marketing) within a tech environment
β’ Experience hiring in fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environments
β’ Strong direct sourcing capability, particularly for passive candidates
β’ Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles simultaneously
β’ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
Soft Skills
β’ Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how GTM roles drive revenue
β’ Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes
β’ Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have
β’ Experience recruiting within cloud, AI, infrastructure or deep tech environments

β’ Familiarity with recruitment analytics tools or HR technology platforms
