About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Public Sector Account Executive to join our sales team. This senior role focuses on building a vibrant Public Sector vertical business over a 3-year period, working with Spanish Public Sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Devise a territory strategy for the Spanish Public Sector vertical delivering short-, medium- and long-term revenue goals
- →Bring sector-specific knowledge on Health, Central Government, Higher Education IT trends to develop a sector strategy
- →Account management in large Public Sector accounts in central government, local government, and the health sector
- →Drive new business opportunities across strategic acquisition accounts, connecting with prospect C-level leaders
- →Understand challenges related to digital transformation and employee digital experience adoption
- →Partner with Nexthink go-to-market teams including MSPs, Technology Partners and Alliance teams
- →Leverage Spanish Public Sector relationships to position Nexthink as the choice for DEX
- →Achieve sales goals and targets for assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis
- →Build strong relationships with multiple MSP Program Directors within Government Agencies
- →Take a consultative approach with clients to drive the Nexthink solution
- →Prospect qualification and development of new sales opportunities
- →Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction
- →Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
- →Work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Public Sector sales
- ✓Knowledge of Spanish Public Sector procurement policies and frameworks
- ✓Sector-specific knowledge in Health, Central Government, Higher Education IT trends
- ✓Ability to work at C-Level with prospect leaders, influencers and decision makers
- ✓Understanding of digital transformation challenges in the Spanish Public Sector
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills with Government Agencies
- ✓Consultative approach to sales
- ✓Experience with MSPs, Technology Partners and Alliance teams
- ✓Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- ✓Ability to work closely with Professional Services teams
