Key Responsibilities
- →Implement, test, deliver, and maintain data importing and exporting features
- →Lead the team in defining technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards
- →Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering stakeholders to maintain quality
- →Advocate for improvements in product, security, quality, and performance
- →Craft code that meets standards for style, maintainability, and best practices
- →Mentor and support other engineers in their technical and professional growth
- →Identify and solve technical debt issues
- →Ship complex features and improvements
- →Handle L3 support requests
- →Work with agile practices and participate in team ceremonies
- →Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
