About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Nexthink Workflow project. This role focuses on creating dynamic automations that enhance digital employee experience through the Nexthink web interface.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement, deliver and validate product features (both frontend and backend)
- →Lead technical discussions, set engineering standards, and support the team in adopting high-quality coding practices and testing strategies
- →Contribute to the team's roadmap by partnering with the Product Manager to shape the scope and define clear, actionable acceptance criteria
- →Handle L3 support requests (together with the rest of the team)
- →Mentor engineers, support knowledge sharing, and help the team grow technically and operationally
- →Work with the agile iterative/incremental mindset and best practices, and participate actively in the different ceremonials
Requirements
- ✓Experience with both frontend and backend development
- ✓Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- ✓Ability to lead technical discussions and set engineering standards
- ✓Experience with testing strategies and quality indicators
- ✓Knowledge of coding practices and mentoring techniques
