The Nexxen Senior Strategic Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Exchange team on new and existing partnerships through successful strategy, management, and execution of programmatic campaigns. You will collaborate directly with the Curated Marketplace and DSP teams to support the planning and delivery of PMPs across the Nexxen SSP.
As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will:
- Ensure the success of our curation partners, serving as an operational point of contact on strategy and optimizations, including strategic consulting on inventory and performance, and how to leverage Nexxenβs self-serve platform
- Leverage understanding of client campaign goals to provide strategic recommendations for budget enhancements and additional product solutions, driving incremental revenue
- Support the Exchange team and curation partners in custom sitelist creation and management, inventory forecasting, pricing recommendations, and SSP capabilities
- Be responsible for deal creation, monitoring, and applying optimizations, for exchange partners who are not self-serve
- Inform on our various targeting solutions for reaching the clientβs desired audience and coordinate audience activation through Nexxenβs Data Management Platform
- Be a Nexxen SSP product expert and information source, developing a deep understanding of our core products and platform offerings
- Troubleshoot technical, operational, and delivery related issues, partnering internally with Product, Engineering, and Publisher Solutions to resolve root causes
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering departments to support existing business and highlight new product requirements
- Utilize internal reporting tools to develop insights and analysis to inform our ongoing strategies, and provide insights to relevant internal teams and clients directly
Minimum Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, preferably in programmatic focused planning or strategy role at a DSP, SSP, media agency or publisher
- Ability to prepare media insights, and experience in analyzing available inventory
- An understanding and familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem, including the connection between DSPs and SSPs
- Ability to manage projects independently, prioritize multiple tasks and work well under tight deadlines
- Ability to make swift decisions and confidently deliver tactical solutions in a rapidly growing and changing business and marketplace
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks while maintaining precision and delivering high quality work
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience interpreting data and identifying trends to inform decisions
- Proven success in working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams
- Proactive and process-minded, with a desire to continually improve how work gets done β for yourself and the team

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $85,000 - $135,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
