Job Summary:
The Senior Strategic Accounts Manager sits on the CTV Publisher team, focused on driving CTV revenue growth across a base of existing Nexxen SSP clients. We are seeking a highly analytical and consultative Senior SAM to own and grow a portfolio of strategic publisher and broadcaster partnerships. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through data-led decision making, executive-level client engagement, and strategic account leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leveraging deep expertise in programmatic advertising and SSP dynamics to develop long-term monetization strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
β’ Own all aspects of account management (post-sales) across a portfolio of publisher accounts, with accountability for achieving and exceeding revenue targets
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive-level stakeholders, influencing monetization strategy and long-term partnership growthProvide leadership and guidance on account management strategies and processes to improve the overall SSP offering.
β’ Lead high-impact presentations, including QBRs and strategic reviews, clearly articulating performance insights, opportunities, and recommendations
β’ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve yield and revenue
β’ Build a deep understanding of each clientβs business, technical setup, and strategic priorities to deliver tailored SSP solutions
β’ Partner cross-functionally with demand, product, and engineering teams to optimize performance and influence product development based on client needs
β’ Support onboarding and integration of new publishers, ensuring scalable, long-term success
β’ Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to broader commercial planning and strategy
Requirements/Education/Experience
β’ 5+ years of experience in CTV publisher account management in digital advertising (SSP experience preferred)
β’ Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, particularly in CTV/OTT
β’ Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience interpreting complex datasets and translating insights into business strategy
β’ Proven ability to lead client engagements with senior stakeholders, including delivering presentations and influencing decision-making
β’ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of leading QBRs and strategic business reviews
β’ Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing and growing a book of business and identifying revenue opportunities
β’ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering
β’ Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
