About the Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Strategist to join our delivery team at NFQ.email, a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania. You will develop email and omnichannel strategies for leading Lithuanian E-commerce brands, collaborating with project managers and content creators to drive performance and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Work with dedicated long-term e-commerce clients to identify growth opportunities and support the delivery team with strategic input
→Develop email & omnichannel strategies (Email, SMS, Push) aligned with customer lifecycle models
→Conduct audits for new incoming clients, including channel performance analysis and revenue optimization recommendations
→Ensure operational efficiency across client projects while contributing insights to refine processes
→Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and recommend actionable improvements for customer retention
→Support Omnisend-related account growth initiatives with consulting and customer-centric program recommendations
→Stay updated with market trends in email, retention, and emerging growth/engagement channels

Requirements

✓At least 2 years of experience in Email Marketing, working with multiple e-commerce brands
✓Demonstrated ability to develop performance-oriented strategies and audits
✓Strategic and analytic data-driven mindset to initiate improvements and optimize projects
✓Experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo, or other Email Marketing platforms for e-commerce
✓Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability
✓Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✓Willingness to continuously learn and improve both personal and client performance
✓Fluency in Lithuanian and English
