About the Role
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team at NICE Ltd. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of web applications and backend services through comprehensive testing strategies and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans
- →Write detailed test cases for thorough feature validation
- →Perform hands-on test execution and manage defect workflow
- →Automate test cases for functional and regression testing using Selenium
- →Monitor daily regression builds to ensure code quality and stability
- →Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver high-quality releases
- →Troubleshoot application and environment issues using strong problem-solving skills
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing
- ✓Strong expertise in Java, TestNG, and Selenium
- ✓Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
- ✓Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and VueJS for front-end validation
- ✓Experience in API testing using tools like SOAP UI and Postman
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD practices using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Artifactory
- ✓Awareness of Playwright is an added advantage
- ✓Solid grasp of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- ✓Preferred candidates will have experience with the Actimize ActOne Platform or similar financial crime/AML systems
