About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our team at NICE. This role focuses on identifying new sales opportunities and building market share in assigned regions, with a focus on increasing revenue streams within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements
- →Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals
- →Ensure proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NICE CXone Mpower's strengths
- →Establish new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones
- →Develop and maintain high-level relations with C-level executives
- →Initiate, support, develop and monitor purchasing agreements
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services
- ✓Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions
- ✓Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications
- ✓Superior relationship and client management skills
- ✓Collaborative approach to sales
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills
