About the Role
NiCE is seeking a strategic Director, Business Operations to lead the structuring of the GTM for the Americas sales team and provide insights to executive leadership through data analysis. This leader will translate regional business strategy into actionable plans and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, providing insights and recommendations on strategic initiatives and performance trends.
- →Identify and implement enhancements to operational processes, sales effectiveness, and pipeline management.
- →Develop, track, and monitor sales-related KPIs to improve internal processes.
- →Enable operational transparency through accurate dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights using Salesforce and Power BI.
- →Lead a team of Sales Operations professionals, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in operational and business analysis, preferably in sales operations.
- ✓Experience collaborating with business leaders to deliver data-driven efficiency improvements.
- ✓Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and go-to-market strategies.
- ✓Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset.
- ✓Experience in a global technology company, with enterprise software experience preferred.
- ✓Excellent data management and analysis capabilities.
- ✓Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
